The following are examples of Dr. Maddalena's work:
.
Every
relationship you build connects you to everyone else. Every bit of information
helps you make your decisions.
You have a network to keep you connected:
as they succeed,
you
succeed.
When the road you're on becomes lonely, crowded or
unsatisfying-try a new path and
let
yourself get lost.
Take the risk.
Along the way you'll see some things you never saw before-and discover the passion from doing what you know is right.

About Maddalena Transitions Management
Dr. Lucille Maddalena combined her private consulting firm established in 1975 with the services of talented associates to form Maddalena Transitions Management (formerly Morris Business Group). Her training and achievements include:
Dr. Maddalena's interest in communications and the human dynamics of management lead her to become the first woman to enter the doctorate program in labor studies at Rutgers University; concurrently she was NJ's first female radio drive-time newscaster.
She has worked with first-line
supervisors, to highly skilled
scientists, to corporate
boards of directors - supporting individuals and
groups through transition and change.
Some say she honed her skills
working with teams during the years she & her husband competed in dog sled
racing.
Her most notable win was placing 6th in a class
of twenty lead by four-time Iditarod winner Susan Butcher.
Applying the same dynamic energy to her work, she has received accolades for her confidence-building style. Dr. Maddalena typically trains about 500 corporate managers annually in small groups limited to 16 participants.
Supporting small and mid-size businesses through transition and transformation, Dr. Maddalena partners with her client to build leadership, make informed decisions and increase business.
She has guided business owners seeking to reduce their work responsiblities, find time to rechannel their energy and fulfill their personal goals.
With mid-level belts in both Judo and Jujitsu,
she is the mother of three sons and lives in a small town where she was
re-elected to office for three terms.
