About Maddalena Transitions Management 

Dr. Lucille Maddalena combined her private consulting firm established while completing her doctoral work (Morris Business Group) with the services of talented associates to form Maddalena Transitions Management.  Her multi-disciplinary training and achievements include:

• Interdisciplinary Doctorate from Rutgers University in Labor Education and Human Communications.
• Twenty-five years supporting over 6,000 executives to successfully transition at Fortune 500 corporations.
• Published author and former journalist, she has written Personal Statements to describe the Legacy of CEO's and she has prepared informative materials for the Board of Directors of a global telecommunications company.
• An experienced facilitator, trainer and public speaker, she has designed and implemented seminars, conferences and workshops in North and South America.
• Management consulting and personal marketing / communications expertise has supported growth and continued success of independent business owners.
• Contributor to the development of a premier selling skills process, she has provided on-call coaching and mentoring to sales representatives, politicians, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.

Dr. Maddalena's interest in communications and the human dynamics of management lead her to become the first woman to enter the doctorate program in labor studies at Rutgers University; concurrently she was NJ's first female radio drive-time newscaster.

She has worked with first-line supervisors, to highly skilled scientists, to corporate boards of directors - supporting individuals and groups through transition and change.
Some say she honed her skills working with teams during the years she & her husband competed in dog sled racing. Her most notable win was placing 6th in a class of twenty lead by four-time Iditarod winner Susan Butcher.

Applying the same dynamic energy to her work, she has received accolades for her confidence-building style. Dr. Maddalena typically trains about 500 corporate managers annually in small groups limited to 16 participants.

Dr. Maddalena has worked with many of her clients for over ten years: for some her entire career. Client and associate relationships are vital and show mutual trust and respect. As a result, she has been able to provide the in-depth support required for executives in transition:

Executive Coaching: Monitoring clients during their career revealed that 10% moved from entry level management to C-Suite responsibilities. 60% received promotions and 80% reported a significant business increase and as well as more time to enjoy better relationships.
