Coaching: A Transitions in Leadership Seminar

Follow-up:
Transition to Management II

(read Transition to Management I description)

A one-day follow-up to the initial two-day seminar, TM II is designed to review and reinforce skills while introducing additional communication techniques and planning processes. Building on these basics, TM II introduces new skills in controlling, directing, and developing staff, increasing the individual's understanding of what is required to achieve management success. Maximize the time investment and expand on what was learned in the first seminar by completing the complementary program after four to six months of testing the new techniques on-the-job.

Similar to Transitions I, participants in Transition to Management II continue to share work issues and concerns in a small group forum.

Participants leave the TRANSITION II seminars with workable action plans and the confidence to continue their career growth and success.

MTM provides the resources to ensure that you maximize your training investment.
