Transition to Sales Management Seminar (II)

This one-day follow-up workshop is scheduled four to six months after the initial two-day seminar. It is designed to review and reinforce skills while introducing additional techniques with new approaches and processes. Designed exclusively for sales managers, Transition to Sales Management II provides the opportunity to check-up on progress and build on planning and communication skills. TSM II helps sales managers strengthen their relationships as a team for support and sales management success.

ONE-ON-ONE SALES COACHING

High-ticket sales reps, particularly those selling services, have a unique task and often a long sales cycle. An expert in sales techniques, Dr. Maddalena will serve as your intermediary sales manager, accompanying select upper-level sales reps on calls. Introduced to clients as an associate, she then provides on-site coaching and counseling while reinforcing fundamental sales skills.
