Learning: A Transitions in Leadership Seminar

Follow-up:
Transition to Supervision seminar (II)

(read Transition to Supervision seminar (I) description)

This one-day, follow-up workshop is scheduled four to six months after the initial two-day seminar. It is designed to review and reinforce skills while introducing applications of the techniques with new approaches and processes. Building on the basics, additional skills in planning and communication increase the individual's understanding of the role of supervisor. Supervisors maximize their time investment and expand on what was learned Transitions to Supervision I. In Transition to Supervision II participants are encouraged to continue to share work issues and concerns in a small group forum.

MTM provides several resources to ensure that you maximize your training investment. To continue the development process, MTM Consulting extends learning with personal and private on-the-job support. Uniquely designed Mentoring, Coaching and Facilitating Change programs are available to meet your time and project requirements.

For information on short motivational and change programs see Workshops and Presentations.
